Terms and Conditions

I, the participant, agree that Grace Drain-Weller, Puppy See Puppy Do, LLC and The Paw Patch will not be liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal or property which results from the training or behavior of my dog. I further agree that the above named parties, including any employees or contract workers, will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with any claim occurring as a result of my pet’s participation in the class. I realize that participating in class will be a stressful experience for my dog and may cause him/her to act in unpredictable ways and I represent that I am physically capable of controlling my dog. I understand that no person under sixteen years of age will be allowed to attend class without a parent or guardian.

I understand that I will not receive a refund if I am asked to leave the class for any reason or if I fail to attend any of the scheduled sessions. To receive a full refund, I must cancel at least one week prior to the date of the first class in which I am enrolled. If I cancel less than one week prior to the beginning of the class, I will receive a refund less a 25% processing fee. After the class has started, there will be no refunds. At the sole discretion of Puppy See Puppy Do, LLC, a credit may be granted to join a subsequent class for the purpose of making up missed sessions if there are compelling extenuating circumstances.

Puppy See Puppy Do, LLC reserves the right to cancel class sessions due to scheduling conflicts, illness, class size or other reasons. All such cancellations will be rescheduled.

If registering offline, payment in full must be received before space in the class will be guaranteed. Puppy See Puppy Do accepts personal checks, but in the event that a check is not honored by the participant's bank, the participant will be suspended from attending classes until payment is received in full. Any sessions missed as a result of this will not be made up.

All dogs must be current on all vaccinations at least five days before first attending class. Proof of currency must be provided no later than the first day of class. No female dogs are allowed in class within seven days before or after coming into heat.
